"Innocence"  could be associated with this definition, but doesn't fit it exactly. Being innocent describes someone/something that cannot be blamed or has no guilt. In other words, they didn't do anything, or has nothing to do with something. The lady who decided to get makeup for him bought grease paint, which is the grossest, most uncomfortable kind of face paint there is. Yes, it's the cheapest, but when it comes to this stuff, you really get what you pay for. I, being pretty experienced in body painting, had my own set of water-based makeup (it works much better than grease-based and is more comfortable for the wearer) that I had brought to use for the Beast's makeup. I had also volunteered to actually do his makeup as well. The lady completely ignored my offer and wouldn't use my makeup. She then proceeded to smear the grease makeup all over the Beast's face. Most of us should also know how dangerous is can be if we don't take the right precautions and preventative measures. Apparently, our President doesn't. He has repeatedly called the virus a "hoax" and a "lie". Even when he accepted its existence, he declared that it will all be over in no time and it's not as bad as it seems. Yes, Mr. Trump, it is as bad as it seems. By dictionary, it refers to someone who has a lack of knowledge or information. It's more commonly used definition is someone who deliberately chooses not to listen to someone. Both of these definitions can be associated with both current and past events. Right now, too many people are ignoring the horrible virus going around. The death rate for this thing goes up every day, and somehow these people can completely push this aside.
