I believe I would be a good PE teacher because I have experience in coaching at a secondary school and know how to plan out sessions. This is useful information to have as a PE teacher for planning out the sessions I need each week. Since I have experience that also means that I understand the roles and responsibilities of the job. This means that I would be a better fit than someone who has never taught a session to anyone before.

Strength- internal factors that are positives:

• Got experience teaching/coaching

• Good at managing time

• Hard working and try to always achieve my goals

Weaknesses- internal factors causing limitations:

• Not very loud

• Haven't gone to university

• To young to teach

Opportunities- external factors that are positive and can be exploited.

• Still have lots of time to get qualifications

• Have lots of experience teaching already

• Know how to plan out a session e.g. warm-up and full game

Threats- external factors that pose a risk to development:

• My age because I'm not old enough to teach

• I don't have any qualifications to teach sport

• Haven't monitored or taken care of students and just taught sessions (not enough experience)
