Fairly high number of caregivers, maybe one caregiver per three to five children, just to ensure each kid gets the attachment that he/she needs. Create a structured set of activities, to ensure every child is active during their sensitive period of growth. Give disclaimer that day care cannot simply replace the time that a primary caregiver spends with their child. Risks: Less structured, may not prepare kids for specific U.S. education systems in future years
