     Mosaic DS is when there are two different cell groupings. Some of the cells have the "normal" 46 chromosomes, while other have 47, the extra one being an extra 21st chromosome.
     Translocation DS is when just like in trisomy 21, there is an extra 21st chromosome, but it is attached to a different chromosome instead of being alone.
