         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Physical changes</strong>: These changes affect the physical nature of the substance. These include boiling , melting, vaporization, freezing etc. Eg: solid to liquid by melting, liquid to gas by evaporation, shredding paper, dry ice sublimation etc.<br><strong>Chemical changes: </strong>These changes affect the chemical nature of the substance. Chemical changes sometimes result in the formation of a new substance and are not reversible. Eg: mixing baking soda and vinegar, buring a paper or wood.</div>]]></description>
