People with a sleep problem called RBM do not have this paralysis so they act out their dreams without knowing it. Research has shown that people with RBM are likely to develop Parkinson's disease, so in the future doctors may use this to identify high risk patients and start preventative treatment. I picked this article because I am interested in the medical field and sleep conditions

They achieve this by producing lots of heme, which acts like blood in the burger. However, some people have been staying away from this new food item. Simply because it is made in a lab instead of on a farm as traditional burgers are. The FDA recently approved the improved the impossible burger. It can now be found at your local burger and is coming to stores soon. I personally would try this to see if it really does taste like meat.

A study at Tel Aviv University has revealed that the highly synchronized spawning events of certain corals have changed drastically over time and lost their synchronicity. This greatly reduces their chances at successful fertilization. Once a year, corals simultaneously release their eggs and sperm into the water where fertilization takes place. But since they can both persist only a few hours in the water, the timing is crucial. But scientists have recently noticed that the timing has become more erratic, increasing chances of extinction. I found this interesting because I watched a documentary on it and thought it was cool. And corals are an important part of the ecosystem, so to see them go extinct would be a shame.
