I think it would be more actionable (and therefore respectful of people giving their time) if we were seeking input on an actual decision ACF is facing or can act on. Something more specific, like setting up a paid internship program in ACF or recruiting for the ACF workforce, or maybe a policy decision we can speak publicly about.

I was surprised at the number of questions that focused on future participation. Maybe more up front (you may have done this and I missed it) about how a main purpose of this initial conversation is to figure out how to have future conversations?

I liked the music and thought the intro flowed well. It was welcoming enough to allow people to feel comfortable sharing.
