Today is my first day doing SIEP at Kedai Runcit Mahyudin. I have been introduce to my other coworkers by the owner of the shop,En Mahyudin Bin Che Ahmad.I was briefed on the rules that should be followed when working in the store. Among the rules that I should follow is
1) Always punctual
2) always trustworthy and honest
3) Always smile in front of customers
4) serve customers well
5) follow the instructions given
6) holds the principle that customers are always right
7) discipline
  Additionally, Mahyudin's Retail Shop is a selected shop for BSN agents, which offer bill payment services such as TNB bill, ASTRO, SADA and so on to facilitate residents in the area to be happy to pay for their bills, so I was taught to operate the machine The next time I was working, I was taught to make an entry flow in the cash book. Mr Mahyudin also provided a list of the prices of goods sold in the store for me to memorize.
  At the store also provides photostat service and I was taught how to use the photostat machine so I knew to operate the machine.
  The working hours I need to meet are from 8.30a.m-2.30p.m. I'm given a 3 hour break and resume the job at 5.30 pm to 7.30 am.
 During my first day of work I was only given the task of memorizing the price list, and helping my colleague Nur Farhana if he needed help when handling customers.
  I worked at 7.30 am and for the first day I could learn many things like improve the level of self-confidence in front of many people and able to communicate directly to customer spontaneously .

I started working at 8.30 a.m. Routine that I must do everyday when the shop is open like sweeping rubbish, dusting and cleaning the shop. As always I have to finish the bills sent by the customer first. I have to entertain the will customers need and wants when they visit the store .
  At 11.00 am a stock of goods from S.H.SIM TRADING company which supplies such items (aerosoil, colgate and others) has arrived and I was assigned to arrange the stocks in the place provided.
   After completing the sorting of items exactly at 2.00 pm I was assigned to write all outflow in cash bookings as the shop will be closed temporarily at 2.30-5.30 p.m.
   After the break time, I resume working at 5.30 p.m.
As always I carry out the assigned tasks and follow all instructions given precisely so that customers are satisfied with the services provided while visiting at Mahyudin's Retail Store.
     At 6.30am I was assigned by the store owner to go to the bank because today I was given the trust by the store owner to deposit money on sale in the bank account of the store.
   At 7.30 am I was allowed to go home because the working hours were over. Alhamdulliah I was able to complete the assignment perfectly. As usual I came to work 15 minutes earlier at 8.15 a.m. The first activity I had to do was clean the shop first like sweeping trash, dumping, and dumping the garbage before the store started operating.
   Mahyudin's Retail Shop started operating at 8.30 a.m and I had to make sure everything was neatly arranged on the shelves provided. I also needed to complete the bills sent by our customers as usual.
    Today is a day I can not forget because today Mr Mahyudin invited me to follow him to buy stocks of finished goods such as sugar, oil and flour at a wholesaler in Alor Star. He wanted me to experience the buying experience of wholesalers, This is because I know if someday I will open my own store, I already know how to deal with them.
  In addition, I was also taken to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for wanting to renew the business registration license as it was expired. As I was able to learn about the intricacies of how to deal with the company.
    After finishing the business, I went back to the store at 1.00 pm to continue my job in preparing the cash book. As always if the customer comes, I give them the proper service if they need help when choosing goods or vice versa.
        Right at 2.30 am I was given a 3 hour break and resumed working at 5.30 pm. I worked routinely at the grocery store as usual and took responsibility with honesty and trust.
       Right at 7.30 am I'm home from home because the working hours are over. The lesson I get is that we should always strive hard to find a good fortune.

I started work at 8.15 am and as always the usual daily routine I had to do before opening the shop was sweeping the garbage, dumping the dust and dumping the garbage so the shop looked neat and clean. At 8:30 am I opened the store as usual. Today I was assigned by Shop owner to check out stocks that are out of stock and are still in the store. As usual during my absence, I complete the task of completing bills such as Astro bill, TNB, SADA and others sent by customers.
    The water supply is carbonated, and the mineral water from Manis Enterprise SDN BHD which has been ordered has arrived and I was assigned to put the water into the refrigerator. Besides, I have also prepared biscuits such as Munchy, Cream Creakers, Hup Seng and so on the shelves that have been provided.
It is customary for customers to come to the store, I serve them and help them when they need help.
     Next, I also posted all the outlets cash flow in the cash book before the shop was temporarily closed at 2.30-5.30 pm due to rest time. I resume working at 5.30 pm I run routinely at the grocery store as usual and take responsibility With honesty and trust.
 At 7.30 am I returned home because the working hours were over. Alhamdullilah I can complete the order at 6.30 pm before the working hours expire. Right at 7.30 am I'm back home because the working hours are over.    Today i need to settle up earlier the cash book because the store will close for temporary at 1.00 p.m.This is because every Friday Mahyudin's retail store will close early than before due to Friday prayers. 
At 5.30 p.m,as usual i continue working at the shop and At 7.30 am I was allowed to go home because the working hours were over. Alhamdulliah I was able to complete the assignment perfectly. The teaching that I get is always do your work perfectly.

Once completed, I continued to prepare the notes in the cash book.Then the store will close for temporary at 2.30 p.m until 5.30 p.m
     After break time finished I resumed working at 5.30 pm. I worked routinely at the grocery store as usual and took responsibility with honesty and trust. 
Right at 7.30 am I'm back home because the working hours are over.
