         <title>I enjoyed reading the section on vocabulary instruction and when to introduce vocabulary words.  I am guilty of usually introducing new words at the beginning of the lesson.  I liked the flow chart that showed when to introduce words at the beginning of a lesson and when to discuss them during or after the lesson.  </title>

         <title>Metacognition and its importance in student learning is not new to me.  I really liked the sentence stems included in the chapter.   Having these visible to students could really help them put their thoughts into words. </title>

         <title>Spaced Practice</title>
