Nowadays, gender inequality is improved so there are more and more working mother. This problem has both advantages and disadvantages.
At the first side, we will discuss about the advantages. Firstly, both women and men try to work as hard as they can to share family's financial burden. Life is getting more and more expensive, so women's salaries are becoming important to their household budgets. Secondly, the husband must respect to his working wife while some housewife may be not treated like that. Therefore, domestic violence will decrease. Finally, working mothers set good examples for thier children. When children see how their parents work hard to support the famillies and share domestic responsibikities they will learn from them.

First and foremost, a working mom becomes positive role models. Children should know women shouldn’t be just domestic servants. Instead, a woman can be someone who works outside the home and pursue a professional career. This instills in children the idea that a woman’s role can include a thriving career apart from domestic tasks. Working for a living knows no gender and working moms are a living proof of that. Secondly and more importantly, They raise more independent children.Children of working mothers tend to become more independent. Since working moms need to teach kids how to do chores on their own, they develop a strong sense of responsibility at an early age.
On the other hand, working mothers also have some disadvantages we can list . First, Working moms are more tired and stressed.Just imagine working for rush hours, suffering through the traffic while driving home, and going home to restless children who need a parent’s attention. Working moms go through these almost every day, along with other matters they need to attend to.Secondly, working moms may also have less time for their family.At times, they can’t attend family events due to their busy schedules. Also, some working moms tend to dedicate most of their time in their careers, so they may have less attention to family matters.
In conclusion, for all these above mentioned, I think working mothers should be done in motivation.

First of all, working mother can contribute to household finances. Their earning money help to pay for water and electric bill or school fee for kids. Secondly, working mothers can become good educators and set a good example for children. Their kids can learn their mothers’ independence and earn much soft skills in life. Finally, being a working mother makes they have an important position in family. It will reduce domestic violence, emphasize women’s need and improve harmony between family members.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages when women work outside. Firstly, they don’t have enough time for family. They have many works, which shortens their time with their kids. Last but not least, women not only works outside but also have to do household chores. This will cause women’ tiredness and stress.

In conclusion, working mothers have both advantages and disadvantages.
