As your Food Science teacher my goal is not only to teach you about the science behind food preparation but also life skills. My goal this year is to teach you more consumer awareness and just overall enjoy yourselves. Life is short and oftentimes does not go according to YOUR plans so enjoy yourselves but also give your best in everything that you do. There is no formula for success so do what you love.

I am a varsity football cheerleader, the senior class vice president, the HOSA vice president, and I also cheer for basketball.
