I found it very fun and my students will surely love it as well.  Here is my idea to make it more challenging; I will create groups of 4 or 5 students. There will be one story teller in each group and I will hand out them a text that describes a person such as thief or a murderer. The rest of the students will carefully listen the story teller and draw the robot picture of the person. Then, they will switch their drawings with other groups and will try to find out the details of a the person that other groups describe. There will be two winner at the end of the day; the best story teller of the class. And the best listener group, depending on the details they draw.

The first one; They think listening is the hardest part of English. But differentiation helped them a lot. By saying differentiation, I don't mean making it easier or more challenging. I mean; making it more interesting. For example, instead of playing a record about sport; I prefer records about Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Beşiktaş. So that, students will focus on records especially on their favourite team's record. Also, during today's activities, I saw them making it easier is very useful and not that hard. I will try to make my collegues in Kilis feel that way as well. 

Second Topic: Being the Speaker As Teachers. 

Instead of playing a record from Youtube or other websites, students prefer their teacher to read the text or speak. They tell me that ''we can understand better when you speak.'' 

I also agree that idea. When I was student I could understand what my teacher tells us better than a video or audio. At this point, I will focus on encouring my collegues to be more active in terms of speaking/reading a text during classes.

These are the most useful ideas that I loved today. Because both of them were fun and applicable for crowded classes. For example, I have 40 students in classroom, I can take them to the garden and play these games. So that, they would both have fun and learn new vocabulary while increasing the speed of reading. 

Also, we can get rid of the problem that students get bored and distracted in our classes. Our students in Kilis are having the problem of being “dreamless”. They have no dream for the future!

We will write a letter for each group; it can be a job application, a scholarship application etc. 

Then every member of student group will have a special position such as Manager of Education Department or Manager of Finance Department. They will read our application letter then they will write their vote. For example manager of finance will write; we can accept his scholarship application because we have enough money. Or for another example; the student whose role is manager of education department will say we can not accept his job application because we have lots of teacher or accountant etc.

At the end of the day, the writer of the group will write us summary of opinions of this so-called board of directors opinion. For example he will write: we can’t accept your application because ‘’bla bla bla.’’ 

So that students will have the chance of working collaboratively and most importantly for my city, Kilis, they will have a dream for future. Also my collegues will like that idea as well.

Because I also suprised when I learn it today. 
Unfortunately, we as teachers always encourage students to do writing activities alone and even at home. So they usually use google translate and other websites such as wikipedia instead of using their abilities and creative way of thinking. So I think and hope they will now encourage students to do wrting activities at schools with their friends.

Because, deductive way has been used in our COUNTRY not only in Kilis for a very long time and it seems it does not work at all! 
Students do not participate actively in deductive classes. So I prefer inductive way of learning for my students.
