Learning statistics again has refreshed my knowledge of data collection and analysis. The last time I dealt with this was way back in senior high school, thus, I am glad we have this in our curriculum for continuous learning.

During our class session, I found it easy at first since I was able to do advanced studying. However, I only got 13.5 for our first quiz due to improper formula following. I got most of my mistakes in part 1 of the quiz which is the mean and easiest one, yet, unfortunately, I inaccurately solved it.

Moreover, I recognized my mistakes and have learned my lessons. I studied thoroughly and memorized the proper steps in solving to avoid the same mistakes I committed to cope with it.

For our next session in Assessment in Learning 2, we focused on the grouped data. It was a great and vibrant morning studying statistics; everything felt light and cozy despite the gloomy weather outside. Ma'am Dasco started discussing our lesson as engaging as usual and I can see that everyone is having a fun time in solving. Grouped data might be confusing but it could be bearable with enough attention and focus.

Grouped data is created by grouping individual observations of a variable into groups (Grouping Data, 2022), and upon learning this I have realized my previous mistakes from the past activity, so I take extra care not to oversee the standard solving for this. It turns out that I was able to accomplish the task with a perfect score. I have learned that in solving math problems you have to be systematic and allot some time to memorize every detail to solve it flawlessly.

Confusion, Rattle, and Fun. This is what I felt and literally a roller coaster of emotion for us. Our lesson has elevated and becomes complex as we tackle the grouped and ungrouped variation and skewness. As usual, Ma'am Dasco discussed our lesson first, cleared the confusion, and helped us to understand it better. It was a fun yet challenging solving experience.

Solving grouped and ungrouped data concentrating on measuring central tendency, variation, and skewness is pretty challenging and confusing at the same time. I listened carefully to every instruction just to ensure that I would be able to calculate and conclude with the right answers. This became my strategy and it worked well as I aced our long quiz.

For our first long test in this course, I studied and reviewed harder to ensure I would achieve a high score. During the test, I got a lot of confusion in solving the problem and was unsure of my final answers, even though I knew I did the right process. Surprisingly, I got a decent outcome, an 80/95 score is a manifestation of the hard work that I poured on for this activity.

Part 1: Patintero

This well-loved traditional game is fun yet exciting to play as always. I sweat a lot during this game, good thing it was morning so heat and humidity were not our concern while playing. I had a lot of fun playing patintero because our team won :))

Part 2: Dodge Ball

Another sweaty and exhausting game. I enjoyed dodging the ball and this is second of my favorite for my all-time favorite Philippine traditional games. All of us are really competitive for this specific game and I like watching it.

Part 3: Agawan Panyo

This agawan panyo is a top-tier Philippine traditional game for my preference. I just like the idea of facing off your opponent and strategically thinking about how I will snatch the handkerchief and avoid being tagged while coming back to our base. It was really fun and feel good to play this + we won again :))

Creating this portfolio is fun to make with the help of Padlet. This tool's interface is easy to use and accessible. One thing that I like about this is that I can utilize my creativity in modifying my portfolio, especially in designing.
