Moreover, in 2019 Alton Towers worked in Coca-Cola to steer self-driving robots to convey beverages to customers. Despite the fact that technology attracts customers and makes things easier for them, it has a negative effect on Alton Towers. Instead of employing locals to perform certain tasks, such as selling tickets and scanning tickets as you enter the park, technology will take their place. The local employment in the area could suffer as a result. However, a positive effect that technology has had on the community is that now that people can reserve tickets online, there are fewer vehicles queuing in the village to purchase tickets on the day of the event. Alton Towers' events are positive because they involve the locals and encourage them to contribute to the tourism vision. By supporting the local community in this manner, both the attraction and brand will be viewed positively. Drayton Manor is viewed as a rival by Alton Towers. At Drayton Manor, wedding packages are available. Alton Towers do not currently provide this service. As the number of people wanting to hold their weddings in unusual locations rises, I believe that this is something they should to take into consideration.}

However, I also believe that if Alton Towers were to remain open throughout the year, they would be able to reduce the number of tourists who visit at once, as the most common complaint from visitors is that the long lines ruin their day. Wildlife Park is just one of many local attractions that are within walking distance of the park. I believe that Alton Towers could collaborate with Awesome Walls and Wetley Moor Alpacas to offer a combined ticket price for both attractions. Visitors would be more likely to stay for more than one day as a result of this. By being open through the year it will create more full-time job positions.
