Our reclassification rate was the highest when we had 2 strategic English reading sections and an 80% ELL specialist with 12% ELLs, now we have 25% ELLs (double), and we have 0 strategic English courses (for the students reading 1-3rd grade level) and only a 50% EL specialist.
