I do it for my mom. I'm not close to any other family member that I have, and for various different reasons, my siblings haven't always made mom's life easy. I'd like to be the child that she is proud. I also do it for myself. I want to be the best version of myself, which isn't an easy feat. =)

I’m really not sure what to put but if I had to say, I’m doing this for the past me and the future me. I’ve always wanted to be an officer with the California Highway Patrol and I am here bettering myself, pushing myself to get as high of a degree as possible, maybe even. PhD one day. I know the past me would be proud and the future me is excited.
