Looking and listening to a person's point of view is very important because it allows you to view their knowledge and understanding about a topic. You might not hear this a lot but today was the day my family lost a family member. My mother, my grandmother and all of my relatives on my mom's side were and still are devastated. Babita Guman, my aunt (my mother's sister) worked in tower number 2 on floor 97 for a company called "Fiduciary Trust" She entered the building that day to go to work. She died at an instant, not being able to see her family ever again. She was 33 years old and her body was never found. My mother describes this as the most "devistating, horrific and terrible" day of her life. Today, my family mourns the loss of my aunt in this tragic, horrifying event.
