I’ve gotten better at school thanks o soda and Darry’s support. I’ve been thinking about Johnny a lot. There was this one time about 5 years ago when I was still a kid. Soda Johnny and I were all playing in the alley together when a rival gang at the time cornered us I didn’t understand what was happening so generally a don’t really consider this like something interesting. But we continued playing until they demanded money, so I we all emptied our pockets to find nothing. About 20 minutes later Dally walked by to look for us. We weren’t really scared but dally looked upset when he found us in the alley. They also demanded money from him but this time there was an added threat I don’t remember what it was. But whatever it was Dally gave the gang almost $200 just for our safe return. I was starting to tear up I missed them both. In my passage soda Johnny and pony boy  are cornered by a rival gang demanding money. When no one has any money they hold them in a alley. When Dally comes along he pays the rival gang a lot of money when they don’t have very much.
