What are your thoughts on the book? (Be specific and include direct references to the text) I honestly personally really liked the book overall. I liked how the book really got in the life of the family and switched from the present to the past and explained what happened. The author was really smart with switching characters POV on every chapter but if you didn't pay you can get lost. The book in my opinion was really good at describing and making you feel like your there with them in the sad parts and that's what i love in a book.
