         <title>What is 21st Leadership to me?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi Kelly, just wanted to share my thoughts on this padlet.&nbsp; It was super easy to make and I can see lots of value in using this in the classroom and with staff.<br><br>When I think of myself as a 21st century learner in leadership, I think of initiative, risk-taking and innovation.&nbsp; To learn we need to play and make mistakes.&nbsp; Although I am usually apprehensive about new tools in technology, I am usually very surprised about the efficiency and user friendly model, most have.<br><br>In order to encourage others in my school, I would use modelling as my greatest resources.  I would model different ways to be a connected learner that can provide excitement and innovation to a learning environment. </div>]]></description>
