Our survey focuses on the health of international students, mainly Swinburne University's ELICOS students. For all people, having good health is necessary for enjoying fulfilling lives. Especially while studying, students are developing and using their minds and bodies to discover and learn new experiences. This is the stage when health should be a primary concern.

Foreign students live far from their homes. Health issues, both mental and physical health issues, such as stress,
homesickness, accidents, and general illness may lead to more difficulties for the students than they expected. As a response, we are motivated to interview overseas students enrolled in Swinburne University's ELICOS course about their health. We will survey the target audience by conducting a survey that includes demographic information
about the respondents as well as questions about their experience of homesickness after moving to Melbourne, how to care for themselves, and how to deal with health problems.

Respondents may be unfamiliar with the treatment system and communication in Australia. We would like to know how English learners respond with illness and how they stay healthy when both physical and mental health issues arise.
Further, we expect to learn how they deal with the challenges based on the survey results. For instance, what they do with their homesickness and other health problems, and how they receive help and advice.

The effect of time change on the respondent's health is represented by this pie chart. To begin, four out of five respondents claim that the change in time has no effect on them. On the other hand, the rest of the respondents experienced

an effect on their bodies. Almost 20% of respondents reported difficulty sleeping at night, and 4% got a cold as a result of the time difference. In conclusion, the majority of participants are unaffected by the time changing. The greater the time difference, the more the body is affected by the change in time zone. As a result, the change in time will occur and affect the body in the first moments following the journey. When the body is able to adjust to the new time zone. It will return to normal.

This term we interviewed 25 ELICOS students from Swinburne College about issues related to health and health care. We chose this topic because we believe many international students suffer a range of health problems when they first arrive in Australia. We were concerned that they may not know how to look after themselves properly, especially the younger students who were living away from home for the first time. This section of our project combines our survey results and our research about International students and health.
First of all, not surprisingly, we found that ELICOS students have limited information on how to manage their health. According to Prasath et al (2022), international students struggle with a variety of issues, including adjusting to new social and academic standards, culture, communication difficulties, worries about money and homes, loss of established social networks and networks of support, disconnection and prejudice, social isolation, and homesickness. This increased stress experience has an influence on students' performance since it can raise their levels of anxiety, impatience, anger, and sorrow.

Moreover, illnesses triggered by the time change, such as fever, headaches, inability to adjust to the new time, feeling tired, or even illnesses caused by external factors like epidemics.

Additionally, getting medical care was difficult for students. According to Tang, et al(2018), immigrants frequently find it difficult to become used to the medical system in a new country. The complexity and unfamiliarity of healthcare processes, the high cost of healthcare, the negative attitudes about modern medicine, the difficulty in interpreting information about local healthcare systems and services, and communication and language barriers.

The group of participants also dealt with issues relating to getting the required medical care to make insurance claims, which is essential for overseas students. Understanding health-related information including coverage terms, fees, options, and limitations can be challenging and unpleasant (Tang, et al 2018). Furthermore, age has a big impact on how complicated articles are understood because teenagers make up a significant portion of the responders. Since they are inexperienced patients who have never completed therapy or been required to file paperwork on their own, they truly lack knowledge of Melbourne's healthcare system.

We all recognize that the majority of international students lack awareness about their physical and mental health while studying. Overseas students may find it difficult to heal and maintain their health. According to Orygen (2020), people frequently find it difficult to live overseas since they don't understand the regulations, which makes them miserable and ill. To assist people in maintaining and enhancing their health, motivation and support are essential.

Self-care is furthermore good for your health. Orygen (2020) asserts that international students are similar to domestic students in that there is frequently a strong correlation between foreign students' mental health and physical safety and other aspects of their health and wellness, such as a good and healthy diet, consistent exercise, and good sleep hygiene.

We were able to learn about the health issues and practices of international students as a result of our survey and investigation. After conducting this study, we have discovered many interesting results.
According to the results of our study, We recommend international students to preserve their health by following a few really useful guidelines that could help them stay healthy and prevent illnesses and diseases, in accordance with the findings of our study. Pay attention to their diet first and foremost by consuming wholesome things like dairy, vegetables, grilled food, and seafood that isn't deep-fried. Students should stay away from fast food and junk food because they are high in calories and include ingredients that could be damaging to their physical and mental health. If they can't cook, they should learn because doing it themselves is healthier than eating fast food or eating out. Additionally, students must control their sleep habits by going to bed early, limiting their screen time to prevent damage to their eyes and minds, and avoiding caffeine-containing beverages like coffee and tea, which prevent them from falling asleep. Next, begin a regular workout routine that lasts at least four days a week. Exercise options include going to a gym, exercising outside in the fresh environment, and running and juggling in the garden. Then, make friends with good people who can encourage them to process correctly in their studies and in their life in general. Meanwhile, stay away from bad friends and harmful behavior patterns, such as smoking and friends who smoke, excessive alcohol consumption and using recreational drugs, as these will undoubtedly have an impact on their health and study, as well as lead to a dead end situation.
