Divide the work accordingly to fit each member of the team’s skillset so the result can be better since everyone will apport their best skills to the project which shall improve the end result. One person could draw or make the animations, another one can design the script, one of them can edit and the last one can design the animations and the way the video will play out.

How can they work together?

By learning each team members personality and how they get along you can manage the team members better so if a person who knows how to edit, you can team them up with another person who has a similar skillset that complements his skillset so they can achieve a better result.
