         <description><![CDATA[<p>A 5 years old girl presented with fever with shivering for  1 month with deranged Lfts.she already took oral antimalarial syrups and treated as Enteric complications.her MP slide was negative initially which rule out malaria but when I repeat MP slide during fever spike and it come out to be positive for Plasmodium Vivax which caused relapsing malaria.i treated her with oral   Primaquin along other antimalarial drug.</p>]]></description>

O/E anemia, hepatosplenomegaly, and SOMI were negative. CBC with peripheral film was positive for Malarial parasite. And patient responded to IV antimalarial therapy.</p>]]></description>
