I would like the Lord to make his decision clear on my partners life as well as mine. Is it in his WILL that we need to be split with distance.

I pray that you bless my spouse on his journey to create a better future for us but I also pray for me that is left behind. May I receive His warmth and presence throughout.

I pray that this space allows for my faith in God to grow and for me to continue running towards the Lord and not just back.

Falling apart

Today I found out my mom has cancer. It’s bad, like bad bad. My fiancé is leaving the country and my mother is sick - life truly feels like it’s falling apart.

Today I ask that you help me pray for someone that is choosing not open his heart, that chooses every day to do life on his own even though he is so surrounded by love.
I ask for prayer to bring him to his knees and open his heart to God and to allow himself to feel.
He keeps pushing more and more people away because he doesn’t want to burden others.

My family has some unhealthy cycles of slander and passive-aggressiveness. But more than that I believe the enemy of our souls wants to sow division and destroy our impact for God's kingdom. My heart is really heavy since I don't know who to talk to as I don't want to create a bad image of anyone in my family - but it feels like I'm fighting this battle on my own. It causes me no little amount of fear and stress and I feel it hinders my walk with God. Please pray for victory in Christ, for peace, for repentance and renewed love for one another as family members.
