Most people would also agree that if educators are explicit about what they want the students to learn, education is likely to be more effective. Finally, most people would concur that teachers can more simply and reliably assess how well students have learned if they have a clear notion of what learners are supposed to acquire.  In my practice, instructional objectives are important because they offer a framework and direction for the creation of learning activities as well as a means of more effectively guiding students' learning behavior and activity. The following unit plan focuses on cricket. It contains six lesson plans with differentiating teaching strategies; two strategies are; modeling in lesson two where the teacher demonstrates the skill and the student mimics the behavior and the think pair share cooperative learning method in lesson one, signals and dismissals. This section also consists of a sample of instructional objectives for a lesson related to the unit’s goals and objectives. Lesson samples illustrating strategies learnt and the classification of domains, instructional objectives matched to the unit goals. Instructional scaffolding allows students to solve problems, complete tasks, or meet goals by gradually removing outside guidance. Flow chart and a task analysis both depicting levels of the learning process based on a step by step guide.

Cricket consists of many steps in order to execute various skills. I believe technology played a pivotal role in getting students to visually understand the way in which each skill had to be executed. In this section, there is an audio recording, depicting a conversation, with a colleague describing the benefits of technology in the classroom. There will also be two lesson plans with the use of different forms of technology integrated, namely a PowerPoint presentation and an online game. Technology enhances learning.

Students' understanding of a concept is evaluated with a sample activity. To evaluate performance, a rubric is important to both the student and the teacher for analysis and feedback.  Because it is a fundamental technique in the game of cricket, the overarm throw was chosen. The task is used to assess how well students comprehend the idea being taught, and the rubric assesses performance to determine whether intervention is necessary. This entry identifies reliability and validity of assessment in the classroom. These principles were chosen because question must be valid and reliable and once this is done reliable data can be collected to know if learning took place and to track the students' progress.

Football passing and Newton's laws of motion were the topics of the discussion. I recognize the effects of curriculum integration and the benefits it has on my students. Another aspect of this section is my adaptation to change. It was very important for me to learn how to adapt to change in order to enhance my career in a remote level and support my students and my colleagues.
