They both say the same thing. The graphic novel shows the tone and the anger when Macbeth says all of that. Also, how is getting ready to fight Macduff but in the regular text, we do not visualize that happening. Both texts say that they fight and Macbeth gets killed. In the original text, all you know is that Macbeth and Mcduff fought and Macbeth was slain. In the graphic novel you get to see the fight play out and how Mcduff kills Macbeth. You get a picture of what happens during the fight.
