Because if i'm wearing anything that has their logo on it and I do something inappropriate in the situation I could get in trouble.Having that said it build my character where that I have to be a good example even when i'm out of practice.

Even though sometimes you might not feel comfortable or welcome on the team you still play like a team player so you make a good impression so it will make you look like a leader for the others to follow in that.
