But you can still make out more details win on's body if they are standing still. However there is still a blur for the individuals who are moving in the ohoto because the shutter speed is too fast to capture the photo. You can tell because you can poke out details in every single individual rather than there being blur. However when the shutter speed is higher the picture tends to be a lot darker.
