The elements of social entrepreneurship are the citizens involved, the institutions or systems that transform to end social problems and the creation of new teams and resources.
Social innovation is generated when looking for new solutions to those that already exist, which help improve the lifestyle of those who need it, these solutions must be standardized so that they can be replicated.

In addition, they recognize opportunities for innovation and seek to bring social change to the organization.
Entrepreneurs have advantages in the organization since they have resources, and they can use their personal purposes and aspirations at work and combine them with those of the company to achieve social change.
