  • Tell a story. 
  • Tip 1 - Give a summary of your work history. Tell it to them like a story of where you started, what you started to work at, how long you worked and what you need to do in that job.
  • Tip 2 - Make the story achievement oriented. For example, explain to them what were your actions that made the previous company to benefit in any way.
  • Tip 3 - Make them understand that you know about the role that you are being interviewed for. This is to make the employer feel confident about us understanding the real need of the company for the particular role.
  • Tip 4  - Telling them why we are the right one to be choosed. This is like a conclusion of all that we’ve said earlier to the employer and making them understand why you are the right fit for the position. 

VIDEO 2 - WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES? - SAMPLE ANSWER
  • Weakness is not a personality trait.
  • Weakness is not a strength in disguise.
  • In a situation where we need to talk about our weakness to the employer, do not bluntly state your weaknesses but state it in a nice way together with explaining it to them like a story. So that it does not appear as a behaviour that we do on a regular basis. Whereas it would just be like the weakness only appears in specific situations. 
  • Then, explain to the employers what efforts you have taken to overcome those weaknesses. 

VIDEO 3 - WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS? - IDEAL SAMPLE ANSWER
  • The answer should not be something like telling them what position you would like to be in 5 years to come.
  • Firstly, they are asking the question of whether you are planning on staying in this company for a long term or just planning to hop on somewhere else. If they find out that you are trying to go somewhere else, they would definitely not include you in the process of recruiting you.
  • Keep your answer general and let them know what you’ll do in the next 5 years not what you’ll be.
  • Let them understand that you are really interested in the job that is being offered and you will try your best to improve yourself and together improve other departments of the organization that you are working for.
