A couple questions I have: While doing this we might be inadvertently centering the pain and trauma of our BIPOC/ LGBTQI+ communities? Not putting the onus on our LGBTQI+ and BIPOC communities to educate cishet white through  their vulnerability and historical trauma.

Thanks for allowing me to share and reflect, albeit in a clunky messy way. Very open to learning more about this, increasing my personal awareness of when I may be doing this and or experiencing this to ensure that in the work I am and I know many of us are doing isn't unconsciously centered on white cishet comfort and i am very open to gaining additional resources to bridge greater awareness of this.
