Ideate: finding out solutions for flooring as it cannot be changed, Solutions can be used on the floor, sign boards should be used whenever the work is going, Carpets can be put up on the slippery areas, announcements done every 3 to 5 minutes.
Prototype: go the announcement desk and make people aware, Inform the floor manager of the situation and give him solutions for the problem.
Test: Checking what precautions are taken by the management: whether they are meeting to the expectations and see whether there are sign boards kept near the slippery floor, announcements are done, and later may be carpet or solutions are put on the floor for not Slipping.

Empathize : Your brother has just come back home after buying groceries. Later on asking he realized that shopkeeper has returned less amount and because of that he started crying. You feel so bad when you see him crying. 

Define: If he would have done the calculation correctly on shop itself, this situation would not have arrived.

Ideate: Now he needs to make sure he doesn't rely on anyone and does his own calculation whenever he is doing any transactions.

Prototype: I will do few demos like doing transactions at home while playing games. This will give confidence to my brother that he is capable of doing calculations without using pen and pencil.

Test: Students should be able to do calculations without using pen and pencil because there could be many situations where you have to do calculations on the fly. Quiz or game can also help.
