The organisation and the program were excellent, we had a beautiful balance between physical activities and learning about Catalonia and its culture. Even though we were restricted in our choice of video conference platform due to the German data protection measures there were no major technical problems and Big Blue Button co-operated nicely.  The students enjoyed both the activities and contacting their partners and are very sad that this project is over.
The only issue to mention was the quality of the audio, making it impossible to follow the instructions of the teacher given in the Torrefarrera sportshall some distance away from the laptop's microphone. Indeed it was a new experience that totally differed from all the Erasmus events I have taken part for years. My impression was that everything worked well, both the digital infrastructure and the cooperation between all attendees. In retrospect I believe that the implementation of tools like BigBlueButton or other digital systems into the exchange program could give opportunities to intensify and individualise the cooperation. Our students enjoyed the activities and did their best following the coaches' instructions. As there is always room for improvement, I would suggest using wireless mics to improve the quality of the audio for any other future online mobilities that involve training sessions like the ones held in Torrefarrera. Overall, it has been the perfect ending to the project taking into account the pandemics situation.]]> 2021-04-06 19:57:47 UTC https://padlet.com/jlabern2/uaxyhtmmocamrpm5/wish/1388909698 anovoa1 https://padlet.com/jlabern2/uaxyhtmmocamrpm5/wish/1388951870 Organising a virtual mobility has been a major challenge for us as it was a  multi directional online meeting which implied setting an appropriate channel of communication to cover for all the aspects to design and achieve a successful result.
Due to data protection measures in Germany, we agreed to use the BigBlueButton platform to hold the meeting. I must confess that I was a bit scared of using this tool, used as I am to other most-commonly known apps, but it worked perfectly. 
In general terms, we managed to transmit all the information and perform the planned activities despite some technical sound issues which made it difficult to follow the coaches' instructions. No doubt this is an important point to consider for future projects. However, we tried to cover for this handicap by writing the instructions on the application chat so, in the end, we managed to perform the exercises the best we could.

The core of the activities was physical activity, and we have two very interesting coaching sessions. There were online activities that tried to approach our "visiting" students and teachers to our school, our town, our country adding interactive activities... and all participants showed interest in making the activities properly. Nevertheless, the team of teachers was very welcoming and the students enjoyed the experience. We had technical difficulties which was a shame as the Spanish teachers did an incredible job creating interesting activities for this virtual mobility. The students particularly enjoyed the activity on art and the training sessions. However, they were a bit disappointed that they couldn't meet the students from the different partner countries. Thanks to the excellent organitazion, we were able to overcome the barriers created by Covid 19. Despite the technical problems, it was a great opportunity to carry out the last part of this project together and renew the spirit of cooperation and sharing among members of the same community.
