         After I had decided what to have, my father called the waiter and no one came to take our order until about 15 minutes later.As my father was giving the order,  I noticed that the waiter was not even writing our order down. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Since the waiter did not write our order down, the order was messed up.I got a chicken burger instead of a beef burger. I ate it anyway since I did not mind.The burger buns was soggy and my mother found a fly in her drink. 

Before we left, my father met with the manager and made a complain and the manager did not even give an apology. I went there with my parents. When we arrived there, we sat on a table near the counter and I ordered spaghetti, my mother ordered a steak and my father ordered fried rice. The restaurant looked nice and there wasn't to many people in the restaurant.

The restaurant had a lovely decorations. Everything matched   from the table's and chairs to the decorations on the wall, it all fits so well. The menu also had a varieties of food to pick from, so customers doesn't  feel like their choice is limited. Although, the restaurant looks exquisite. The service and food ay otherwise. The spaghetti that I ordered came only after 1 hour and tasted bland. The steak  my mother ordered, she had requested the steak be cooked, medium rare, but it was cooked well done. The fried rice my father ordered was too salty and spicy.

Not only was the food below my expectations, the service is terrible. The food came 1 hour late, the beverages only came after we finished eating. The price was not reasonable. The restaurant looked very well furnished and i cant wait to eat there. 
                                                         
       When I was calling for the waiter to take our order, she just walked past our table and didn't even bother to take my order even though there is not much customer in the restaurant.When my parents finally got a waiter to take our order, the waiter was being rude at us for taking too long to take an order. Since the menu was big we took roughly about 25 seconds to take pick what food to eat.

       After we ordered our food we had to wait for half an hour for the food to arrive.The food tasted very plain and the food wasn't  cooked thoroughly .We were very unhappy with the food.We even asked for a half refund because the food tasted bad but they still wont refund us            
       I would not recommend people to eat here because the serving and the service is so bad.I only gave half a star for the restaurant rating only because the decoration in it was good .

For my love of seafood, I was eager to try the food. I went to the restaurant on the weekend, when I arrived the restaurant already had people lining up outside. So I lined up and waited patiently. 

When it was my turn to be seated the place was full of people. I thought to myself, "maybe this place is really nice". I sat down in a booth in the corner of the restaurant. I observed the place, the lighting and ambience was nice, and I had many options to choose from the menu. I tried to call for the waiter, but no one came. I waited for another 30 minutes and still no response. After another 5 minutes, the waiter finally came. She took my order and left. After an hour my food arrived. I ate the food, and it was spicy and too sweet . The fish was overcooked and somehow sweet. I also ordered soup, and it was very spicy. 

The restaurant looked nice, but the service was terrible. The food, did not reach my expectation. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined. I payed and left the restaurant with disappointment. Last Saturday, my family and I decided that we should go out and eat some italian food. So, I suggested that we should go to the italian restaurant outside our house called Destrict 25. When we were driving towards the restaurant it looked very nice and tidy and I thought to myself that I have suggested the correct place to have a nice dinner. 

      When we went into the restaurant it lighting there was very beautiful and the place was very clean, but the waiters there didn't bother welcoming us in they were too busy chatting among themselves. Not only that, when we asked for the menu they gave us an annoyed look and slammed the menu on the table, we were started when he slammed the menu on the table. I decided that I should try they're fish and chips, since it was chef recommended. 

      When the waiter took our order, he said that the fish and chips would take about 20 minutes, and I didn't mind, but I didn't came out the time they said it would. I waited for 1 hour for my fish and chips to come, and finally when it did I found out that the fish wasn't properly cooked. So we called the waiter and I had to wait for another hour for my food. 

      When it finally came out, it was too salty and so we asked for another one. Besides that, they kept getting the wrong order for my parents' order. We were very unpleased by this restaurant. I highly do not recommend this restaurant. I was very excited to go there because a friend of mine recommended the restaurant to me and said that the food was really good and the restaurant was also brand new. 

           The restaurant looked  great and it was clean too.After that,I sat in my seat and decided what to have then called for the waiter and none of the waiters came to get my order. After 10 minutes of waiting a waiter finally came to get my order and I ordered for a plate of pasta and some chicken tenders.After 45 minutes of waiting the food finally arrived and the waiter didn’t even bother to apologise for making me wait that long but I decided to forgive them since I got my food.The pasta tasted very bland and it was soggy and for the chicken tenders it was not seasoned well   and it was undercooked. 

         I got upset because the food did not taste how I expected. After that I finished my drink and paid for  my food.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant because the food was bad and the service was not good as well.

         They service was below average.We have to wait for 30 while they got our table ready.We didn’t make any reservation but the restaurant was only half full.We ordered a bowl of Tom yum with two rice and some vegetables.The tom yum taste bland while the vegetables was undercooked so we left most of them.

   It was a horrible visit.I would not recommend  this

The service isn't good as well , the food take too long to cook. The price isn't reasonable for the food I order. The waiters was rude to us. The toilet is very stinky and dirty. Today me and my friend went to a new restaurant that is a few block away from my condo . Before going to that restaurant ,we have a big expectation about that place . We readed the review and said the restaurant had a nice sit that looks like an  old furniture . I restaurent called "The Clussby Crab " . 

We sit down and ask the waitress for the menu but the waitress ignore us and keep play their phone . We end up take the menu from the self service corner, and we order the food there . We order the same burger set that included large size fries ,  iced coke and a free ice-cream . We expected for the food to come within 20minute to 30 minute  , but the food come about 1hours later . Finally the food came in , we ordered a beef burger but the meat was uncook   and theres a meat juices coming out from it . My friend end up going to the washroom to washup herself, when she come out from the washroom she tell us that she saw 2 died rat in the washroom and the toilet was unclean and unhygiene. 


We end up left the restaurent and  when to the old restaurant. We make  a police report and we dont recomanded everyone to go there

The picture was filled with yummy sushi and udon. It also shows the beautiful golden chandelier on the ceiling and tables cover with expensive cloth. I was really hungry and I am craving for some sushi so I decided to go and check it out. 

          When I went inside the restaurant, there were really little customers. But that didn't stop me from going inside. After that, I sat at a big round table by the window and ordered my food. 

          After a whole hour, the food arrived and the rice was overcooked, the salmon was not fresh, the wasabi was to much. The udon soup is cold and taste very salty also the food is very expensive. My family went there because it's a new restaurant and we wanted to try the food.  
       The food was quite expensive for what it actually was, and the food that they served wasn't even that good.
        The vegetables were too bland, the chicken was too salty, and even the rice was overcooked. 
        Also, the service was horrible. The food took way too long to arrive, and the waiters took such a long time to notice that we wanted to take our order.

I was walking home from school when I saw the colouful and modern restaurant in the city area, so I decided to try it. I had a small starter of dim sum dishes and fried rice for my main. The portion of the dim sum dishes was extremely small for the price they have charged me. 

The decorations were stunning, there were fancy silky cotton tablecloths and ancient looking cups and plates, but the customer service was terrible. I sat there for almost 20 mins and no one came to take my order. Some waiters were busy looking at their phones during service and some were just chitchatting. We loved our Thai-style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour. The service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish.

When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. The restaurant was only half full, there was no reason to make us wait at all. We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. When we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them. We expected a lot more for RM17!

When the waiter asked if everything was okay, we said we really didn't like the chips and he said 'That's funny, I love them' and that was it. He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our bill. Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he looked annoyed. It is a thai restaurant called Sukhothai Land. We arrived there at 7pm and there were few people in the restaurant. We sat down and look at our menu. My cousin ordered a plate of rice, a bowl Tom Yum Soup and a glass of mineral water. I ordered Pad Thai since it's one of my favorite thai food. I also ordered a glass of cold water and a plate of mango sticky rice for dessert. The waiter that took our order was a bit rude to both of us.

      Our food and drinks finally arrived after 30 minute. I was unhappy with the food that my cousin and I ordered. My cousin's Tom Yum Soup was tasteless. It didn't taste like Tom Yum Soup at all. My Pad Thai was very oily and it was sour. I didn't finish the food because it is very sour. After a few minutes, my dessert arrived. The mango sticky rice looks good and it is also served with a small bowl of coconut milk. The mango sticky rice was really bad. The sticky rice tasted really dry and the mango tasted weird.
   
      My cousin and I weren't satisfied about the food. We went to the cashier and the total of our meal were overpriced. I would not recommend to go to this restaurant.  I really disheartened to see your inconsiderate staff and their pathetic behavior. I really would not recommend going to a’Rora at all because their service is terrible.
