What are the attributes of a successful learning environment?

-physical space to accommodate students/groups
-access to technology supplies i.e. dongle/sound system/technology
-support # of students in class so wifi doesn't kick out
-composition of students and they don't value the learning of value too much putting out fires
-individual needs so broad/not independent
-size of classes/basic needs that children cannot do - tie shoes etc.
-access to quiet spaces
-parents inclusion in their child's learning
-noise in classrooms - sound proofing?
