She lived in a village in Pakistan and she loved going to school and she was convinced that thanks to education she could make her dreams come true. But one day the Taliban, arrived in the valley where Malala lived and ì everything changed. They relegate women to the only role of obedient mothers and wives and not going to school or for a job. Malada didn't accep it and  she began to keep a blog in which she claimed the right of all women to receive an education and be able to enjoy the same opportunities as males.  On 9 October 2012, a small group of armed men shot Malala in the head. Malala was saved and she continued with her blog. She became the world champion for the affirmation of the civil rights of women in her country

In August 2014 she was kidnapped and held hostage by the Islamic State but she managed to escape. Since September 2016 she is the first UN Ambassador for the dignity of survivors of trafficking in human beings , and in 2018 she received, together with Denis Mukwege, the Nobel Peace Prize.     In 2022 she presented the Murad Code to the UN, a global code of conduct for addressing sexual violence in conflicts around the world.

During his youth black Americans were victims of racial segregation: they were denied access to many schools, universities, sports clubs, recreation centers. In the 1950s he became the leader of the civil rights movement: arrested several times, organized peaceful demonstrations. In the 1968 Martin Luther King was assassinated in Memphis with a shotgun while looking out from a hotel balcony. His killer, a white man, claimed to have acted alone.
