ADAPT - tweaking the idea of hardcopies to digitally signed invoices. This reduced one last step in invoice processing and made the process seamless. The payment process were done within the stipulated time frames.

Area - Provision in Sleek 
SUBSTITUTE - initially, the invoice amount was the provision amount (the clearance period will be succeeding month).
Presently, average provision amount is already deposited to the account before hand. After the end of the month, the balance will be accordingly processed. This helped quick closure of bills.

Area - Recruitment Process Modify (ATS) in S&M
MODIFY (S&M) - automation of recruitment process, which made the entire process simpler. The application form, CV etc all are readily available with a single search. This also made the recruitment dashboards/trackers readily available.
