This figure is then replaced by a new pantheon of gods who then make themselves a nice palace above and inaccessible to the world of humans. The characteristics of Creation myths in different cultures are a reflection of that culture itself, but usually features either coming from the void, from a structure representing the creation of life, separation of sky/earth deities, finding materials to cobble an earth together, or the world slowly coming out from different worlds.

Myths were told and passed down as a way to explain how the world worked. Such as why the sun and moon rose and set. Where do you go after you pass on? If there was a question more likely than not there was a story to answer,
