María Ignacia is going to be a lawyer, this year she will do her final exam. Today, she’s nervous about the pressure on memorizing all the things she learned in the career, I know she works hard to achieve a good qualification and has a good morning study routine, better than mine. I really hope she has an excellent result because she deserves sit.

Because of the distance, we don’t see each other very much, but we speak almost once a week by whatsapp. I really miss her a lot, I would like us to live closer.

She loves food and cooking. Her favorite meal is sushi. She teaches me to prepare the best pumpkin risotto. Every time I visit her, she prepares something special, exotic, and delicious to me, because I don' teat meat or chicken, she is nice.

In her free time, she practices yoga, she is so good in that area, someday she wants 

to be a teacher and travel to India to learn more about this practice. My dream is to travel together to India, or anywhere, I think we are be good partners to travel.
 

When he sent me the ticket, he asked me which places or countries I wanted to know, and I said to him I want to travel to Italy. We traveled to Italy for a week to visit some family members who I never met before and to get to visit other places. In this travel we went to Genova, Sestri Levante and Roma. Why that places? Because my grandfather was born in Sestri Levante and my dad lived and worked in Genova when he was young, and of course I wanted to know Roma.

When we went to Italy the weather was good, I could use short pants and skirts. I got to know the Coliseo, Fontana di Trevi, one palace and all the typical attractions in Roma, and the Baticano city.
 
 I enjoyed a lot the food, Italian people cook very well. I ate the best lasagna with pesto and the most delicious ice cream. In that trip I discovered the coffee ice cream, is so good that I want to eat it one more time.

 

When we finished our trip with my dad, he bought the train tickets to the airport the day before the flight. That day we stayed 4 hours before the flight in the train station to prevent something bad to happen. The train took two hours to arrive to the airport. 

 

That last day we got to the train and took the opportunity to sleep and relax before the flight.

When we arrived at the airport my dad started looking the screens searching the flight, but he didn’t find it. In that moment he realized he never checked the name of the airport, we stayed in the wrong airport! In that moment we came back running to the train station in Roma and took a taxi to the correct airport. For our lucky we could take the flight at time and came back to London, it was a terrible return.

The place that I’m going to talk about is Cerro Mauco. I went to this place with my classmates this week. We come hiking Cerro El Mauco and explore most about that place.

This place is located in Colmo, nearest to Concón. If you go by car is almost 15 minutes to the roundabout. 

In the typical route you can drive 15 minutes to the Mackay grounds, on the way to Quintero. This grounds are called like that because they are part of a school. Then, you fold to the right and continue driving around 10 minutes to San Ramon town. 

We take another way, shorter than the first. When we get to the Mauco we parked in the side of the road, near to the entry. After that, you need to cross a hedge to pass, or ask to the people who live in the place if you can pass their garden and start hiking.

The first climb is the most inclined one, you delay like an hour to the first viewpoint. In this part you can see the coast and the valleys from height in a panoramic view. The second climb is shorter. The trails are marked and you have points to guide your excursion. When you arrive to the top you can see all the city like little and distant things.

I recommend you to visit this place because the peace you can feel on the top is wonderful, you can stay a lot of time contemplating the beautiful view of the valleys, rivers and green mountains. In this part you have a new view about the city, you can see in 360° the coast. 

If you go, ensure about the weather and take with you a lot of water and sunscreen.
