Coco is a remarkable achievement in animation. It excels in storytelling, visuals, and music, leaving a lasting impression on viewers. While some aspects could be explored with more nuance, the film's strengths far outweigh these considerations. Coco is a powerful and heartwarming film that celebrates family, cultural traditions, and the pursuit of dreams.

This movie, made by the famous animation company Disney, is called 'Coco' and revolves around life and death situations. It boasts excellent cinematic quality and, of course, a unique and compelling story. It appeals not only to kids but also to families of all ages, encouraging us to appreciate our loved ones while we have the chance. The sound design and effects are exceptional, and the film also emphasizes the importance of forgiveness and family traditions, as well as exploring themes of friendship and betrayal. It highlights the pursuit of passion and the dangers of fame. As a mother, this film deeply moved me, prompting me to contemplate what would happen if I were in such a situation, yearning to visit my family even after death. One flaw I noticed was Miguel's stubbornness and Mama Imelda's cold-heartedness, which led her to make her own blood forget her husband until death. Despite these shortcomings, 'Coco' remains one of my favorite Disney movies. This is also has great and unique story in our generations among others animations movies.

Montano,Ayrra Marie B.

The movie, Coco, is a visually stunning and emotional film that celebrates Mexican culture and explores themes of family, tradition, and pursuing one's dreams. The animation is beautiful as well as the environment design that is vibrant and detailed, bringing the Land of the Dead to life in a way that is both good concept and respectful of Mexican folklore.

One of the film's strengths is its portrayal of the importance of family bonds and the significance of remembering and honoring loved ones who have passed away. The relationship between Miguel and his great-grandmother Coco is particularly touching, as Miguel learns about his family's history and discovers the true meaning of family.

The song "Remember Me," is both haunting and beautiful, and it serves as a poignant reminder of the power of memory and the lasting impact of loved ones on our lives.

However, the plot of "Coco" is predictable, and that it may lack the depth and complexity of some other Pixar films. Additionally, while the film's depiction of Mexican culture is generally respectful, there have been criticisms about its portrayal of certain aspects of Mexican tradition, such as the Day of the Dead celebration.

-Mendoza

Coco is a stunning movie that deftly combines themes of culture, family, and the afterlife. One of its best qualities is that it tells a deep and poignant story without feeling the need to provide an explanation for every detail instead, it lets the audience fill in the blanks and become fully immersed in the colorful world of the movie. As an illustration, the movie presents the idea of the Land of the Dead without going into great detail about how it works. Instead, it centers on Miguel's emotional journey as he makes his way through this enigmatic world in pursuit of his ancestors. Coco challenges viewers to interact with the narrative more deeply and form their own opinions on the laws and mythology of the world by leaving certain parts up for interpretation.Overall, "Coco" trusts its audience to connect the dots and appreciate the beauty of its storytelling without the need for exhaustive explanations. This approach allows the film to resonate on a universal level while still honoring the specificity of its cultural influences.

Adrian Putian
