I want to get to know my students. I also want to be prepared and properly educated on the subject before teaching a lesson. One thing I will always remember from school is how my teachers would always greet us when we walked in everyday. It makes you feel like they actually want to be there, and that they somewhat care about you. I'm not afraid to admit in high school I was a lazy student and I procrastinated. Just over one semester in college I have grown and am now realizing how important school is. I am still growing and learning so I think by the time I would become a teacher my perspectives will change.
