This gave the client a look at just how the page was performing in terms of followers, unfollowers, likes, and more. 

This was used on STLR's instagram and Twitter page in house analytical system. Supported by Carter ( n.d.), she wrote that "insragram analytics can track valuable data about which hashtags are used often, posts that recieved the most interaction, and most importantly what times were the best to post (Carter, n.d.).

A list of key points were shown which looked at how the page needed improvement in certain areas like; staying consistent with post designs. A caption below gave further insight to the various tips and tricks for working from home. 

The process of creating the post took time in testing whether things would work or not. The brand colour remained present throughout each post and small sticker like animations were present in every post to add colour and attractiveness to the eye. 

The post was sent on to the client before being posted and was confirmed. 

Before being posted, a short but strong caption which sent a clear message was produced. I decided to make a bold front text which instantly attracts attention. I decided that this did not work well with the colour matching and would take away from any consistent colours in the social media page. This is supported by Mayfield (2016) who wrote that it is not good to switch colours because it can take away consistency within your composition (Mayfield, 2016).

This is supported by Lund (2008), who wrote that it not only sets a tone from a consumers point of view towards the brand but also humanises the brand which can create more opportunity (Lund, 2008).

The tone of voice used within the message must create a positive and accesible feeling towards the student. Emojis are seen to be used aswell as easy to follow directions for the student. Thirty-three people had decided to take part which was a lot more in terms of analyticial engagement than on regular posts. This gave clear insight that the story is a powerful tool for STLR to use.

It was shown that the stories can build a larger and more interactive following base.
