I like this talk because the speaker gives us a strategy for effecting changes in our lives that seems possible. Feasible. Though I haven't tried out the idea yet.
Which of my bad habits should I try to get rid of first? Or which of my good intentions should I try to implement?
Watch this space.

This talk is very interestig becouse the speaker talk about important topic in fun way.

I agree with Matt, in particular when he says that the changes has to be small changes and sustainable. I think also when you’re in front of big change/goal you have to try to divide it into intermediate more sustainable goals, otherwise you’re destined to fail.

I enjoyed a lot to watch this ted talk. The host has given us apparently a simple rule to achieve little thing, but for me it is the golden rule to getting things done in the life!. Generally every year we make a bucket list with some goals but constantly we don't get them because they are too big, instead splitting up them in small parts and doing them constantly with discipline we can reach almost everything we want!

I chose this talk for the same reason as one of you - but I don't know who because your names didn't appear on the contributions. In another book I read, it's called "how to eat an elephant" and suggest that when you are faced with a difficult challenge, regardless of what it's to do with, you should break it up into manageable chunks and get on with them, one at a time. Love it. When things go wrong for me I always say "One day at a time"...
