1. A strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.

2. The difference between expressing anger positively or negatively means like expressing anger is like trying to control your anger. expressing anger negatively is refusing to do work or throwing things.

3. It is important to control anger outbursts because then you could end up hurting someone if you can't control your anger.

4. My anger triggers are: 1. If I am told No. 2. If I don't get what I want, 3. People getting hurt, 4.Being told to rush on things when I need time to get things done, 5. Getting my phone taken away, 6. when me and my brother fight, 7. people getting disrespected by other people, 8. when I get in trouble in school for something I did not do, 9. When something does not go the way I want it, 10. People getting bullied.

5. The summary of this video is that it explains how anger effects your physical health. It also explains how you could think rational instead of thinking emotional. It also explains what exactly it could cause you to have with your physical health. How it could cause you to have cancer. How it would cause you to have other health problems.

Mrs. Whitley: I like the video you posted because it has the Muppets in it.

Clark: I like your video bu tit has a lot of science words that I have not even heard of.

Luis: Make sure that you always have a punching bag with you to tak your anger out on that instead of someone.

Zach: If you like yourself 100% then just ignore the other people bullying you.

Mrs. Whitley: That you should not hit people.

1. A strong feeling of annoyance.

2. Expressing anger positively is waiting to calm down and talk about the situation. Expressing it negatively is blowing up and yelling at people.

3. Because blowing up can get you in a lot of trouble.

4. When my parents fight, when I get yelled at, being disrespected, when my sisters fight, when me and my sisters fight, when me and my mom fight, followers. wannabes, when people try to fight for nothing, and when people disrespect my family.

5. The man was recording and driving. Someone cut him off and he got very mad and yelled at him. They pulled off to the side of the road and it seemed like they were gonna fight. The guy who cut the other one off pulled a punching bag out of his trunk and hit it a couple times then the other guy kicked it. They then shook hands and left

Sarah- People with anger issues tend to have a weak immune system.

Mrs. Whitley- Anger when not under control can be bad.

Zach- Getting rid of a bully isn't always the answer

1. Anger is one of the ten emotions psychologists consider a separate emotion.

2. Depending on when and who you showed you anger too.

3. Your going to be either in trouble made fun of or both for showing anger.

4. All ten triggers are equal to how much they anger me.

-(1) Being told what to do when I know what to do and doing it.

-(2) Giving me orders without reason.

-(3) Repetitively asking if I'm alright.

-(4) Giving me ridiculous reasons for things.

-(5) Making me go into groups especially when i don't like the group members.

-(6) Grading me on being a perfect teachers slave.

-(7) Talking to Idiots.

-(8) Having to reexplain five or more times.

-(9) Interrupting me

-(10) Faking

5. Improve yourself and ignore bullies.

Luis' video: always confuse the person you angered to make then not angry.

Sarah's video: don't instantly react to a situation and try to calm down.

Mrs. Whitley's video: try to stay calm and dont react violently.

1. Anger is the sudden burst of dopamine, blood pressure and energy caused by an outside stimuli.

2. Positive expression of anger is solving the anger in a rational way where a negative expression of anger is solving anger by making it worse.

3. Controlling anger outbursts help interactions with other people and helps solve the problems before they get worse.

4.

One: Thinking unrationally.

Two: The news.

Three: Those seeking attention and a rise out of others.

Four: Unlogical thinking of important topics.

Five: Things that get in the way of my attention.

SIx: Clicking of pens.

Seven: Those who try to rise above the authorities trying to accomplish something unproductive.

Eight: Groups of people who try to act the same.

Nine: Music that glorifies drugs, violence and gang wars.

Ten: Those who judge others without thinking of the devils advocate.

5. What is going inside your body when you get angry? Well what happens is the brain brings out a burst of angry which makes the body ready to get physical(http://allthingsd.com/files/2013/02/Lets_Get_Physical-feature.png). In order to control your actions you need to use your prefrontal cortex which is responsible for controlling your actions. An example of this is when a man got stabbed in the head and it took out his prefrontal cortex and as a result he got the strength of an angry gurilla and was extremely impulsive and angry.

Sarah: If you dont understand some words than you should learn them. Your brain is in its prime stage of learning.

Mrs. Whitley: I think anger is one of my trigger words. I could imagine Jack Black having a lot of trigger words.

1. Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.

2. Anger is an emotion that everyone deals with...the important thing is how we respond to those angry feelings. Responding positively to anger involves taking action that is proactive and not reactive. I can take action against the injustice that caused me to be angry. I can take a picture of the driver's licence plate and report him instead of having an incident of road rage. I can report the incident to the principal, parent, or police instead of getting into a fight. I can remove myself from the situation and vent my anger out to a trusted friend and respond to the situation when I'm under control.

3. It is important to control anger because terrible things can happen when anger isn't controlled. Shaken babies can be killed or permanently damaged. Friendships and families can be destroyed through anger. Marriages can fall apart. Children can be taken away from the home. Things can be destroyed and lives can be ruined when anger is not controlled.

4. My Anger Triggers

*When someone speaks to me in an angry, hostile tone

*When I'm ignored (person is on their phone or earbuds and not responding to me)
