Our group product/services is selling chips which the symbolic of our group " Kerepek Padu". The chips that we sell are coming out with a various of flavors which is Kerepek Ubi Original, Kerepek Ubi Pedas, Kerepek Ubi Cheese, Kerepek Pisang Original, and Kerepek Pisang Cheese. We also offers free delivery to our customers around all colleges in Unimas. So, this is the advantage of our group and able to get a large number of customers and also achieve the set profit

- Answer the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

- Order supplies and equipment; maintain service contracts on office equipment

- Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.

The first element is key partners. We have collaborated with chip makers in Serikin as our stock supplier which give discount when we bought the stocks in a large quantity. We also collaborated with KuPacking as partner in getting packaging material. The second element is key activities. It consists activities such as manufacturing, sales, managing stock, and marketing. Key resources are the third element that consists our own group members, packaging material which is ziplock packaging, and capital contributed by each of our group members.

Next is the value proposition. It is to satisfy potential customer's craving for light snacks such as chips. Our product comes in various flavours to cater different taste preferences of customers. Our product is also an affordable snack for customers especially UNIMAS's students. We also provide free deliveries around UNIMAS. For the cost structure element. It includes manufacturing cost, the production cost, and the overhead cost.

Moreover, our business is maintaining a good relationship by promoting discount for every purchasing done during clearance stock of every batch and during Unimaspreneur which is buy 3 packs for RM10. By posting this discount to our channel platform such as Instagram and Whatsapp, its help our business in improving our relationship with our customers. Next, for the customer segment, our target is the light snack lovers and UNIMAS student. As for the revenue stream, we use direct selling during the Unimaspreneur carnival. We also use online selling through Whatsapp and Instagram where we display advertisement in our social media and the customers can make order by contacting our admins.

To sum it all up, Kerepek Padu business model canvas is a wonderful tool for aiding in the structured and easy understanding of their business model. As long as Kerepek Padu can find ways to improve its operations and make money, it will be able to satisfy its loyal target markets. This capital is used to cover the cost for the first week of the business.

After the first sales, the costs are deducted from the profits as the returns to each member:

(RM415.00 - RM205.00 = RM210.00)

Then half the net profits are divided into 2:

1. RM105.00 - savings

2. RM105.00 - restocks

The following week's costs then are covered by the profit that is made each week.

After weeks of business, the net profit accumulated is RM575.00.

Income = Net profit + Savings

= RM575.00 + RM105.00

= RM680.00

Total revenues = RM1219.00

The expenses however include:

1. Inventory cost

2. Transportation

3. Packaging

4. Food for members

5. Booth's payment

Total expenses = RM528.00

Income = total revenues - total expenses

= RM680.00

This income is then divided by 8

Income per person = RM680.00 ÷ 8

= RM85.00 per person
