         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Seasonal Variations</strong>:</p><p>   - <strong>Early Spring (16-30 March)</strong>: Ozone levels are relatively high in the polar regions, especially in the Northern Hemisphere. This is due to the ozone recovery after the winter depletion, influenced by the return of sunlight.</p><p>   - <strong>Early Summer (16-30 June)</strong>: Ozone levels are lower overall, with the highest concentrations shifting towards the polar regions. The equatorial regions show relatively low ozone levels.</p><p>   - <strong>Early Autumn (16-30 September)</strong>: Ozone concentrations in the polar regions, particularly the Southern Hemisphere, begin to show significant depletion due to the Antarctic ozone hole, while the Northern Hemisphere still maintains higher levels.</p><p>   - <strong>Early Winter (16-30 December)</strong>: The ozone levels in the Southern Hemisphere are at their lowest due to the continued effect of the ozone hole, while the Northern Hemisphere shows recovery and higher ozone concentrations.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Ozone Distribution</strong>:</p><p>   - Ozone is generally lowest near the equator. This is due to the Brewer-Dobson circulation, which moves air (and ozone) away from the equator towards the poles.</p><p>   - Ozone concentrations are highest in midlatitude and polar regions. This is because of the transport of ozone-rich air from lower latitudes and the production and destruction processes in the stratosphere that are influenced by sunlight and temperature.</p>]]></description>
