I don't think it was horrible, but I do feel I could have done better. The book didn't fit my interests that well so, since I was not a huge fan of the book, it was hard to write a good essay. I don't think having a time limit affected my final product. I think it would have been a little bit better if I wasn't as rushed, but it wouldn't have made a huge difference. No matter how much more time I had, I wasn't into the prompt or book, so it wouldn't have got any better. I think I deserved the grade I got.  It wasn't a great grade or a horrible grade which is what my writing reflected. I am proud that even though this book and prompt didn't interest me, I was still able to find examples and back them up.
