Misunderstanding may occur because we all tend to do the high context communication.

To improve our communication in our group, we have to know when to use low and high-context communication. In some situations, when we have to do certain important tasks, we think it's better to use the low context situation to employ direct expression that states our real intentions, without fearing hurting other people. But still, the communication must be conveyed in a respectful and productive way.

However, in informal situations, we will avoid using direct communication. It is better to use the relationship focused method to maintain our relationship.

非言語的コミュニケーションの仕方・解釈が国によって違うので、相互不理解が起こることがあるかもしれない。我々がハイ・コンテクストコミュニケーションを使う傾向が強いことも、相互不理解に繋がるのかもしれない。

Understanding and active communication are key words when it comes to creating and inclusive environment. We must value everybody's opinions and contribution to the group discussion. Conflict of opinion is also okay, of course! It is important to discuss when disagreeing, but always in a way that is oriented towards resolution.

We also have to talk more and know each other better. Also, the Japanese member should learn English to make the communication in the group better.

Our communication is good and we can always come up with a solution that everybody agrees on. Maybe the one thing that is pretty difficult was when we have to decide what time to meet to do our group assignment. However, we communicate through LINE and managed to meet together.  

However, in case of conflict, we would communicate our stance properly and be open to find a common middle ground to understand the other's point of view too.

After all, we all tend to avoid conflict. We always communicate well to finish our group work. 

実のところ、我々は一度も意見の衝突ということをこのグループの中で経験したことがない。我々は我々全員が納得できる結論を出すことができている。恐らく我々が困難だと感じたことは、集合して課題を協力して終わらせるための時間を確保し、合わせることだったと感じている。しかし我々はLINEを通してその時間を確保することに成功した。
しかし、衝突のケースとしては、我々は己の胸中を明かし我々の価値観を晒す中で起こりうると考え、その中で全員が納得できる妥協点を探しつつ他人の視点を俯瞰的に見ることができるという点があるとも考えられる。

To move forward to the next stage, I think that we should hang out in a non-academic setting and learn how the other group members are as friends, not just as classmates and group members. This would allow us to know and understand each one of us more.

However, to make a better team, perhaps there is still room for improvement. Expressing our opinions, thoughts and emotions clearly is of utmost importance for keep on being a good team. 
Make use effectively of both languages during group discussion and chatting to keep the interaction flow and have fun while working!

我々はグループの作業の中で大きな問題を抱えたことは無いと思われる。しかし、更に改良を加えることで我々は更に良きチームを形成することが可能になると思われる。そのための余裕はある。
幾つかの行動をもって、我々は良きチームを作ることが可能になる。我々の意見を表現・具象化し、考え・感情をもって関わり合うことは良きチームを形成するための重要な要素である。
