It is our first session of usrah today, it was so fun because I get to meet bunch of new people that are in the same group as me. It’s a coincidence that my schoolmate, Auni Najla and I were in the same group as well. We discussed about the manners when seeking knowledge and I am so glad to hear some opinions from my groupmate and we learned many stories about our prophet and his companions. 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

Hi everyone!! It’s the second session today. We discussed about our 5 pillars of Islam which is the testament of faith ( shahadah), performing salah, fasting in the month of ramadhan, pay zakat and performing hajj. I get to know the importance of performing these obligations and some new information about the hadith from the prophet as well as the stories from era of the prophet SAW. 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Hello everyone!! It’s the third session for our usrah today. In this session we talked about 3 of our pillars of imaan which believe in existence of Allah, believe in existence of angel and believe in the revealed scripture (quran). We shared our opinion about why should we believe in these pillars and what’s the effect if we deny them. I get to know more and more story about our prophet Muhammad. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

✨Fourth Week✨

Today, we learnt about the three last pillar of imaan which is believe in the messenger, believe in the hereafter and believe in qada’ and qadar. Rasulullah is the perfect example that can be followed by mankind. Next is believe in the hereafter, so why do we need to believe in the hereafter? This is because this world is just temporary and what is in the hereafter is the real world. Some of the sign of judgement day is the ratio of man to woman is 1:50 and teaching of Islam slowly extinct. Some of the major sign is when the sun rise from the west and existence of yakjuj and makjuj. Lastly, believe in qada’ and qadar is something that are set by Allah and we as a muslim must accept it. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

🪐Fifth Week🪐

Today, we discussed about ihsan and about judgement day. Some of the minor sign of judgement day is when so masjid is built but no or less visitor and the establishment of tall builiding such as the Jeddah Tower, Burj Al Khalifah as well as The Makkah Royal Clock tower. It’s just crazy to see majority of these buildings are located in Muslim’s country! Other than that, the greens will start to grow in Saudi Arabia just like during the era of our prophet SAW. We also talked about the major signs such as the dukhan ( the smoke ), yakjuj makjuj, dabbah and the arrival of Imam Mahdi. Our naqibah, Fatin shared stories about how the young mans met Jasassah at the Island and met Al Masih Ad Dajjal as well. Let’s pray that we won’t be able to go through this era since we don’t even know our imaan level to live during this time. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

This is the task that we are assigned to do in groups. The topic that we get is eschatology which is mainly about the day of judgement. So, basically in this poster we shared the meaning of eschatology as well as some dalil that we took from the quran. Other than that, we also added some of the minor and major signs of judgement day and some of the preparations that we can do for the day of judgement. It is not our power to know when will judgement day happen but we as a muslim must always be prepared by strengthening our faith and try our best to prevent any thing that will lead to sin.

Hi! Today we discussed about manners. What is actually manner? Manner is to refine, to educate, to discipline ( good manner ). It denotes habit, an etiquette, a manner of conduct, a custom as well as refinement, good breading, good manners, social graces. Manners also refers to islamic etiquette and entails good manners, morals and appropriate actions adopted by Islam, derives from its teaching and instruction. Adab is not just a quality - it is also a process.
It is something that can be learnt and established. For example, the manners with parents is by listening to whatever they said without arguing with them and manners with friend is by not calling them with bad nicknames. Manners with society is to help someone in need for instance when crossing the road or help carrying items. Why is manner important? This is because manners define one’s personality and as a muslim we must maintain good manners just like how prophet SAW taught us. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Hi everyone! Today is our last session of usrah since final examination is around the corner. We discussed our last topic which is the importance of taking care our environment. There are so many importance of maintaining healthy surrounding because they are the main source of our needs such as clean air, water, food, materials and space for recreation. Thus, in order to have continuous supply of them we need to hold the responsiblitity in taking care of the environment. That is all for today’s topic and we did the food exchanging as usual and I got oatmeal biscuit which was so good!!

Hello everyone! Our usrah session for semester 1 officially ended today. I would like to give reviews for my usrah from the very first session untill now. At first I was very nervous to meet my groupmates because I’m a shy person and I hardly make new friends but when it comes to usrah evryone was so supportive and funny. They all know how to express their opinion on something and we usually get to exchange opinion in one topic. There are some of them who has so many stories from their previous school and they shared with us sometimes it’s funny we would laugh together. It was so so good since this usrah program involves student from variety of course and not particularly one so we get to meet bunch of new person as well as new perspective. Our naqibah also very open and friendly as well so we don’t feel pressured whenever usrah session our doing tasks. In conclusion, I love my usrah group so muchh!!

Today is the first session of usrah for semester 2. It was so fun because I get to meet bunch of now people whose in the same group as me. We discussed about Hikmah or also understood as the ability to know whether the thing we do is good or bad. It is important for us to know it so that we can make sure our ibadah is performed correctly. Today is our second session of usrah for this semester. We discussed about prayers and how we actually have to perform it. We should not perform it to gain praises from people, instead we should do it with pure intention to attain Allah’s pleasure. We also talked about the other pillars of Islam on how we should perform them and what we have to do in order to prevent from doing what Allah prohibit us from. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

Today we discussed about how to perform prayer with full khusyuk. Some of the must condition in prayer is sane, Islam and baligh. If one’s is insane he is not obligated to perform prayer. Some of the condition for our prayer to be accepted is we have to be clean and must cover our aurah properly. We must also follow our kiblah which is the Kaabah. Next, there is 13 rukun of prayer, and we talked deeper about them. Some of the thing that makes us lose focus while praying is we have something to think while praying. For example, praying while food is served and remembering worldly matter. 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Today is another session of usrah. I am very excited today because everyone brought varieties of food such as biscuits, jellies and others. This make us strengthen our bond even closer because we shared goods with others. For todays topic, it has the same concept as the last session which is khusyuk. One way to gain khusyuk in prayers is by reciting surah an-nas before praying. I gain new information today whereby praying while closing our eyes is not considered as halal nor haram. The purpose of praying is because it is a way of worshipping Allah and show shukr as his slave. 🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻

Today is another usrah session, I am so happy today because some of the members brings varieties of food and there is “aiskrim malaysia”. For today’s discussion, we talked about fasting in the month of Ramadhan. Some of the benefit of fasting is that one can control their desire and the feeling to buy many things. Fasting makes us as a human to rely on Allah by making doa and tawakkal to Him. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Today is another usrah session, we discussed about zakah. The purpose of zakah is to help the people in need. Moreover, we need to abide this law of Allah since it is a part of pillars of Islam. Paying zakah not only ease our proble, but we can gain forgiveness from Allah and getting near to Him. As a human, the tendency for us to commit sin is higher since no human is perfect. There is two type of zakat or sadaqah (visible or invisible). The condition to pay or to make visible zakah is to do it with pure intention and not to gain other’s compliment. 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻
