The one mans sense of responsibility wouldn't let the man steal the dog because of his sense of responsibility.<br><br>Decreasing Helping Behavior: The bias towards the woman that she wouldn't actually do anything but she was the one who got the farthest with the dog compared to the two men. Some of the excuses could have been convincing to the people watching the dog- making it harder for the people watching the dog to say no to the attempts to help. </div>]]></description>
